Description: The Umbilical Locator is a stainless steel disc shaped locator with holes allowing the physician to sew it to the skin. Utilized in conjunction with the tummy tuck procedure. During the tummy tuck procedure, the umbilical locator is sutured to the location of the belly button. After the completion of the tummy tuck, the doctor is able to feel where the umbilical locator is and cut it out of the skin and then make the patients belly button in the correct place.
