The Metcalf Breast Augmentation garment has adjustable Velcro straps for both lift and circumference adjustments. This garment sets inframammary fold in the desired position and the sternal portion can correct laxity over sternum or Synmastia. Can use the polyurethane strap for high riding implants. This garment can be washed or sterilized and used repeatedly.
